Request For Proposal – Connect Our School Project Lot 1 – Provision of Fixed Broadband Internet Connectivity + Power Systems

The National ICT Authority (NICTA) invites experienced and reputable Internet Service Providers and Power Systems Providers to submit proposals for the provision of fixed broadband internet connectivity and power systems for the “Connect our Schools” project. This initiative aims to enhance digital learning in schools across the country by providing reliable internet connectivity powered by sustainable energy solutions. This project is driven by the recognition that digital literacy and access to online educational resources are critical components of modern education to enhance learning activities.

Interested service providers are required to demonstrate their capability and experience in delivering fixed broadband internet connectivity and sustainable power solutions. Proposals must include a detailed design aligned with the technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Proposals should be submitted via email to uas@nicta.gov.pg .

NICTA looks forward to collaborating with dedicated suppliers to advance teaching and learning through this project.
