Ministerial Approvals

The Minister of Information and Communications Technology, acting on behalf of the Ministry, grants formal approval for UAS projects upon a thorough review of the Project Report. This approval is contingent upon the Project Report demonstrating full compliance with all provisions outlined in the National Information and Communications Technology Act 2009.
